If you are ready to move forward, we will place a hearing aid order.  At the fitting appointment, your new hearing aid will be programmed for your hearing loss and lifestyle. We will discuss the care, use of the aid and the acclimatisation process. Your hearing aid trial starts on this date.

Follow-up sessions will be arranged in two weeks. Our audiologist will review your initial experience and verify if your hearing goals are met.

If you decide to purchase your hearing aid, we will put you in our after-care program. As part of the on-going improvement services, we will regularly evaluate the hearing aid fitting to ensure the hearing aid is giving you the optimum performance to your hearing loss. To give you extra peace of mind, you will enjoy our first 12 months free aftercare service, including all consultation, testing and services. 

If the hearing aid do not satisfy your needs, we are happy to accept the product as return. This policy will ensure you will get a fully informed decision on the purchase of a hearing aid.
